Preventative & Proactive Maintenance
Let PCO play a part in your Preventative & Proactive Maintenance Program, which comprises of scheduled inspection and replacement of short-lived components in order to avoid untimely and expensive emergency repairs. However, we do perform emergency/demand maintenance.

System Integration
We can provide you with professionals who will combine two or more systems and/or software packages so that they can produce information and work together seamlessly.

On-site Engineering
In addition to maintenance services we also offer on-site engineering from expansions to complete upgrades. Need something special? PCO can custom engineer the right solution for the job. How long have your power supplies in service? We can rebuild or retrofit them onsite.

Hardware Installation & Software Application
PCO can assist you with installation, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance on both Windows and Unix based platforms. If an expansion is what you need, we can provide the products and professionals to make sure the installation goes smoothly.

Training Services
PCO has classes available! Let a team of our professionals instruct your employees on: Legacy Equipment, new equipment that you have acquired, First Aid & CPR, General Electronics, General Workplace Safety, Workplace Violence, or have PCO design a training program specific to your needs.

Start-Up & Turnaround Service
PCO can also aide in your start-up and turnaround by providing you with the necessary services to turn it into an easy, hassle-free task.We can help you to ensure that the start up of a new or redone facility or unit will be as successful as possible.PCO will analyze how the unit was designed and how it should work. Then PCO can produce operating manuals and procedures catered specifically to your unit. Instructions on the operation in adverse conditions may also be provided. PCO may also utilize our training programs to ensure that the operators use the equipment as it was designed.PCO can also supply technicians and engineers to remain on-site and/or on call for a specific amount of time in case any questions arise or if additional training is needed. PCO can minimize down time and make your turnaround go smoothly.PCO has the ability to coordinate the entire turnaround with your personnel. It needed PCO can concentrate on a specific unit or group of units.

Design Engineering
PCO offers custom Design Engineering specific to your needs. If desired PCO can also assist your in-house design team, PCO has a staff of technicians and engineers of several different specialties. PCO has done several jobs where the client chooses to split the project between different contractors in which case PCO can handle several different aspects. For example, PCO may be the lead firm on the software end, then you may choose to use another contractor for the hardware end.

Product Development Engineering
PCO can design and produce your products from start to finish. PCO offers complete engineering services that include several Engineering disciplines. We can take care of all aspects of the design process: Concept to Production. While designing your project, PCO can provide a number of services, architecture development, mechanical design, electrical design, software design, testing, and other product development needs.

PCO can provide complete system testing for most major brands of industrial electronics including: ABB, Allen Bradley, Foxboro, Measurex, and many more. We also provide:

• Failure Analysis Reports (print or electronic version)
