P0973BR/BQ/BS DFE-Platinum ModulesThe P0973BR/BQ/BS DFE-Platinum modules have the following specifications:
♦ The P0973BR DFE-Platinum module has 48 100BASE-FX compliant ports, via fixed front panel MT-RJ connectors and a slot for an optional network expansion module P0972YK or P0973FQ (NEM).
♦ The P0973BQ DFE-Platinum module has 48 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX compliant ports, via fixed front panel RJ45 connectors and a slot for an optional network expansion module P0972YK or P0973FQ (NEM).
♦ The P0973BS DFE-Platinum module has 24 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX compliant ports, via fixed front panel RJ45 connectors and a slot for the optional network expansion module P0972YK or P0973FQ (NEM).
P0973BS and P0973BQ DFE-Platinum modules also support bridging between the Frame Transfer Matrix FTM1 and FTM2 backplanes in a Matrix E7 chassis. When mixing legacy hardware P0972LS/LT/LU/LVLX-series modules in a Matrix E7 chassis, certain hardware installation configuration rules must be followed to ensure proper operation.
