Return Policy
At Process Control Outlet (PCO), we stand behind the quality of the products and services we provide. Please review our return policy carefully prior to initiating a return.
Defective Parts & Warranty Claims
- PCO will repair or exchange defective parts that are determined to be faulty under normal use.
- Parts must be returned untampered, unmodified, and undamaged.
- Any evidence of misuse, improper installation, alteration, or physical damage that compromises the product or its warranty will void eligibility for repair or exchange.
- All warranty evaluations are subject to inspection and testing by PCO.
Returns of Functional Products
- Functional products may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All approved functional returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products must be returned in original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
- Items returned incomplete, damaged, or altered may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- Returns received without an RMA may be refused.
- To request an RMA, please contact PCO prior to shipping any material.
Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- PCO is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Proper packaging is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Parts that have been tampered with, modified, or physically damaged
- Items returned beyond the 30-day return window
- Products sold “as-is”, surplus, or non-warranted
- Custom, special-order, or refurbished items unless otherwise stated in writing
Credits & Refunds
- Approved returns will be issued as a credit or refund, at PCO’s discretion, after inspection and processing.
- Restocking fees and applicable charges will be deducted prior to issuance.
